Our Risk/Safety Manager, Teddy has a proven track record of improving workplace culture to reduce on-the-job incidents. He is skilled in various HSE fields, including safety training, emergency management, and environmental awareness.
With over seventeen years of experience, Teddy has personally case-managed incidents across industries with varying levels of risk. He works closely with our clients to keep workers’ compensation claims to a minimum and constantly strives to lower Experience Modification Ratings (EMR).
Passionate about keeping people safe, Teddy, a former volunteer firefighter, looks forward to the opportunity to deliver value by looking into each claim to ensure there is not a recurrence. His knowledge of OSHA and the utilization of their interpretations help to create preventative methods for effective risk management.
In his spare time, Teddy enjoys golfing with his daughter, watching sports, and participating in community events.
