Gabrielle Rios is our HR Supervisor and consulting queen. She has a vast knowledge of HR practices, a passion for helping others, and bubbly personality. She ensures that every client receives the care and support they need regardless of the situation.

Gabrielle delivers resources and management assistance to clients, provides HR support by developing industry-specific training courses, provides training and coaching, and creates custom policies and procedures. Her goal is to develop employees so they can become the best versions of themselves.

Before joining Delta, Gabrielle worked for five years doing employee relations, exit interviews, and performance management. She is driven to help clients create a solid HR foundation that will lead to an even better culture.
