2. Consider Employees’ Caregiving Needs as COVID-19 Continues – Many employees returning to work are facing difficulty accessing childcare, and we recommend that all should remain empathetic, keeping this in mind.
3. New OSHA Guidance Clarifies Return-to-Work Expectations – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued guidance for reopening businesses that recommends each establishment conduct a hazard assessment for all jobs.
