The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued two new notices about the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), one for employer’s rights and one for employee’s rights that includes a new poster along with guidance on how this poster must be displayed. The DHS has issued a new rule allowing the current flexibility for I-9’s to continue for another 30 days through August 17^th. For Delta Clients, quarterly taxes have been uploaded to the portal under “Client Documents” for your immediate access.
