COVID-19 Update July 23, 2020

The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued two new notices about the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), one for employer’s rights and one for employee’s rights that includes a new poster along with guidance on how this poster must be displayed. The DHS has issued a new rule allowing the current flexibility for I-9’s to continue for another 30 days through August 17th. For Delta Clients, quarterly taxes have been uploaded to the portal under “Client Documents” for your immediate access.
