A Professional Employer Organization is a company that will outsource your total administrative headaches. We do this by providing a co-employment relationship. This relationship is defined by; a contractual allocation and sharing of employer responsibilities between the (PEO) and the client; this shared employment relationship is called co-employment.
Delta Administrative Services also offers clients the options to choose between a (PEO) and an (ASO). The (ASO) stands for Administrative Service Organization. The largest difference between them is there is no co-employment in an (ASO) relationship, however the services offered are exactly the same. |
